In order to reduce waste, orders with fewer than 6 items may not receive a printed packing slip with their order. Customers will receive a digital version by email which they can print out if they desire. Packing slips do not have prices listed and if you leave a note for a gift recipient, it will be printed on the packing slip.
Shipping (within United States)
Please ensure your billing and shipping address are correct when you place your order to prevent delays. It can not be changed without order cancellation, before it ships.
Processing time (assembling your order for pickup from our studio by post office)
- Orders are typically picked up by USPS within 2 business days after order is placed. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, and we have a regular pickup schedule, so it’s pretty reliable.
Estimated shipping time
- 2-7 business days in transit via USPS, according to the shipping class you choose. Actual delivery time will be posted to the tracking information sent to your preferred email. Holidays recognized by USPS may add delay.
- Orders over $50 will automatically be insured. You can request insurance for other shipments by upgrading to USPS Priority.
Orders shipped to Pennsylvania addresses will have a 6% sales tax automatically added to their order. Allegheny County shipping addresses will have an additional 1% sales tax added to their order. Whenever shopping online outside of your region, it is your responsibility to report purchases according to your state’s Use tax policy.
- Square Up and PayPal credit card processors keep your payment information secure. We never receive your credit card information.
Returns & exchanges
We take great pride in creating a tone of transparency so that you know exactly what the product looks like and its ingredients so that you can make an informed purchase. The products are made in small batches so that they are fresh upon delivery and will last a reasonable amount of time for your use. With that said, we understand that mistakes can happen or you may need to change your order.
- Due to the hygienic nature of the products, returns and exchanges are not permitted.
- Please contact us if you have any problems with your insured order upon delivery; we may be able to offer a refund credit (less shipping) if product is missing or damaged in transit and pictures are provided in compliance with an insurance claim.
We will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information to communicate with you about your order, fulfill your order or for legal reasons (like submitting taxes). We won’t add your contact information to a mailing list unless you have requested it, nor share with third parties. We will moderate third party business interactions on our own social media accounts to further protect your information.
